Fai was amazing, not just the hair and make-up but she is just the kind of person you need around the morning of your wedding. My mum and I, were put so at ease with her, she even stepped in at short notice to do the hair of my bridesmaid.

I cant reccommend Fai enough. My makeup and hair looked beautiful and photographed fantastically. My hair even held up with (sideways) rain and wind on the albert bridge.

 

 

I was really nervous about getting my hair and make-up done as I lost quite a lot of hair in the past year. Fai instantly made me feel at ease, was super friendly and did an amazing job. At the trial she cut my hair extensions to the perfect length, and we tried a few different make-up options. My make-up on the day lasted well into the night and didn't irritate my super sensitive eyes (Fai made sure not to get too close to my waterline). I had so many compliments on the day - thank you Fai!

I cannot recommend Fai enough! From the very beginning she was truly a breath of fresh air - incredibly talented, professional, accommodating and so kind! We had a trial before the wedding and she helped me decide on a natural look which made me look like the best version of myself. I decided to change my hair on the day and she came up with such a beautiful up do. Everyone commented on my hair and makeup :) Most importantly though, she helped me stay calm while there was absolute chaos around us!

 

 

I really could not recommend Fai and her professionalism enough! Her work was absolutely superb - from the beginning she made me feel very confident and comfortable about the ideas I had for the hair and make up. During the trial I showed Fai a few photo inspirations and she created the perfect look that I couldn’t have envisioned better myself. A few days before the wedding I asked Fai to retouch my highlights + cut and again she did an amazing job. On the actual wedding day she made me feel at ease straightaway, despite the biggest stress and rush. In the end, she made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world! The make up and hair lasted throughout the whole day too. I would highly recommend. Thank you Fai!!

 

 

I’m fairly relaxed about the whole wedding but did spent the most time looking around for a make up artist who can confidently do Chinese bride make up. I think the biggest fear is always over-doing the make up or just not getting the colour tone, especially I don’t normally do make up. I didn’t have a trial due to time constraint and work.
Fai is amazing at overcoming this. The make up is exactly as how I have wanted- natural and clean look, and most importantly I still look like me on the most important day. Fai checked with me at every step to make sure I’m happy with the progress. I don’t think I changed anything at all and just let her carried on as she clearly knows what’s she’s doing and understand what I want. The hair is done with fresh flower and they lasted till the end of the day, it was so secure I hardly feel them. Received lots of compliments with the hair. Everyone thought it was a fancy bridal hair accessorise (which can be expensive) but this is just some local fresh flower picked up by my husband, done with Fai’s creativity. Fai is very easy to work with, she’s flexible, efficient and has very good vision of the outcome. Thoughtful too to make sure I had some food before the final lip touch up. Strongly recommend Fai to the all future brides out there.

 

 

Fai did my bridal makeup/hairstyle and the same for my two bridesmaids; the truth is that working with her was super pleasant and perfect, not only because of her professionalism but also because of her great heart and empathy. I am from Peru and I arrived in London a month and a half ago, I was very nervous since I do not know well how things work here in UK, I did not have someone who can recommend me a makeup artist but I had the very good luck to find Fai, who inspired me a lot of confidence since the trial and made me feel comfortable and at home. My wedding was in Foxhills - Surrey and Fai was super punctual. My sister and my husband's sister were delighted with the makeup / hairstyle and the kind treatment that Fai gave us, both were very beautiful. I was a little nervous and sad that I didn't have my family with me but honestly, Fai gave me a lot of peace during the moments leading up to the ceremony. Having her has been 5 stars, if you are looking for someone who will make you beautiful, use quality products and also calm you before the big moment, Fai is the best option, you will not regret it!
