Looking after a bride on her wedding day is such a privilege and I love being a small part of such a special day! From meeting at the trial to really understanding your vision and making you look the best version of yourself so you feel confident and happy with your look.
I have many years working as a professional hair and makeup artist working mainly in film and television. As well as weddings I now mostly work on commercials and recent clients include Gap, Boots & Rebook.
My favourite makeup brands include Charlotte Tilbury, Bobbie Brown, Estee Lauder, By Terry and I use hair products by Fudge, Tigi, Bumble and Bumble and Colour Wow.

“From the moment I met Amanda I knew I had found the make-up artist for my wedding as she’s lovely, professional and very talented. Amanda put me at ease straight away at the initial trial and promised that I wouldn’t leave until I was happy as she spoke to me about my personal style and vision for the big day (the amount of make-up Amanda has will blow your mind). On the wedding day itself Amanda is exactly the person you need to keep everyone calm and on schedule (the morning goes by in a flash) and the end result was exactly how I imagined…I absolutely LOVED my wedding make up and had so many comments. The bridesmaids and my mum also looked amazing. I would 100% recommend Amanda and am now trying to think of an occasion so I can get my make-up done again J
I'm back from my honeymoon now, and just wanted to e-mail to thank you for everything. You were so great in the trial about creating a look which suited me while being exactly in keeping with what I wanted, then you and Mariona were both utterly fantastic on the day. You were so unflustered and reassuring, and completely focused despite the chaos and multiple distractions going on around. The final hair and make-up was gorgeous - everyone kept telling me how lovely I looked - and remained in place longer than I could have ever expected through confetti, food and a serious amount of dancing!
